Pingun a eu le nez creux. Rock Band sortira bel et bien sur Wii, comme vient de l'annoncer Electronic Arts. Il faut dire que depuis que certains yeux de lynx ont repéré la mention "Wii" sur la boite du micro vendu en stand alone, la rumeur de son arrivée prochaine sur notre chère console commençait à se répendre sur la toile. C'est donc maintenant officiel, et l'annonce est accompagnée de celle d'un léger retard. Le jeu, qui aurait du être disponible en mars sur Xbox 360, PS2 et PS3, ne sortira finalement qu'au mois d'avril.

Le jeu, vendu en bundle avec une guitar, un micro et quatres pads de batterie éléctronique, proposera de reprendre entre potes des tubes de rock des années 60 à nos jours. Voici d'ailleurs la future tracklist de Rock Band (les titres suivis d'une * sont des reprises des morceaux originaux) :
